We have received a safety notice from Petzl about the Accu 2 battery for the Duo Z1. If you use your Duo Z1 in dusty environments, please note that Petzl say there may be a problem with the dust proofing of the Accu battery. They are running tests, but in the meantime as a precaution they are asking users to withdraw the battery from use in dusty environments.
Petzl are due to update the results of their safety tests by 31st August – we will keep you posted.
