Petzl Stop descender

Petzl Stop descender. Effective, versatile, autolock descender for use on single ropes. Simple to use, with no need to remove from harness to fix on rope. Suitable for use on most ropes used in caving (9mm - 12mm) especially when used with a braking karabiner. On such ropes in average condition the Stop will not move unless the handle is used to disengage the autolock function. A good descender for some experienced vertical cavers who value its versatility in rescue situations, and rigging - but harder work for the heavier caver!
