MTDE Pontonnierres, latex Latex rubber chest-height suit for deep wading in rivers, and very wet pitches. One piece (without seams) this garment is worn between the undersuit and the oversuit and effectively blocks water getting in - unless it gets over the top! Most often used in continental caves, where long, significantly vertical or mainly dry trips are impractical in a wetsuit.
